The time taken to complete a model depends on the size and level of detail required. On average, we take 3 months to complete a model.

We keep in regular contact with you during all phases of your model’s construction, and send you photos of the work in progress. What’s more, we always validate your model before packing.

We make gift vouchers that you can give to the person you want to give a model to. Delivery will be made to the person’s address.

All our models are packaged in a custom-made, secure wooden crate. We’ve been using the same process since 1982, and it hasn’t failed us.

We do not charge any taxes at the time of purchase from H.M Ship Models Limited. Import charges or taxes, if any, are levied in the country of destination of the model, according to the regulations and rates in force in the country of destination.
